The PlanLV Portal is LVPC’s new online platform for submitting, reviewing, and managing applications and requests. It provides a centralized, digital system to streamline the entire process.
The Portal will officially launch on April 30, 2026.
The Portal is intended for anyone submitting materials to LVPC, including developers, engineers, consultants, municipal staff, and partner agencies.
Yes. Users will need to create an account to submit applications, track projects, and communicate with LVPC staff.
Once the Portal is launched, all requests and submissions must be made digitally through the Portal unless otherwise directed by LVPC.
The Portal will only accept PDFs.
There is no file size limit.
The Portal includes a guided submission process that helps ensure all required materials are provided before submission.
You can log into the Portal at any time to view your application status, review progress, and any outstanding items.
LVPC staff will provide comments directly within the Portal. You will be notified when comments are available.
You can upload revised documents and respond to comments directly through the Portal.
Fees can be paid securely online through the Portal using an integrated payment system.
Accepted payment methods will be outlined at launch and may include credit card and other electronic payment options.
Yes. The Portal uses a secure third-party payment processor that complies with PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards.
LVPC will provide support resources and contact information to assist users with technical issues.
Yes. LVPC will offer user guides, tutorials, and training sessions to help users navigate the Portal.
Yes. The Portal supports multi-user access, allowing businesses and teams to collaborate on submissions and reviews.
