Lehigh Valley Passenger Rail Study

The Lehigh Valley Passenger Rail Analysis was released March 27 by Pennsylvania Department of Transportation-commissioned consultant, WSP, during a special informational meeting of the Lehigh Valley Transportation Study’s (LVTS) Technical and Coordinating Committees.
