The movement of freight is a major public policy issue for state and local governments. PennDOT is convening this Freight Summit as a forum for leaders in both the public and private sectors to determine ways in which the state and region can collectively plan for freight movement.
The Summit will assist state and local governments through the identification of strategies for improving modal efficiency, interconnectivity, and land use impacts.
