This notice applies to Lehigh Valley Planning Commission Plan Participants and their covered dependents who are eligible for Medicare, either because they are at least age 65 or because of a disability.

LEHIGH VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION/LEHIGH VALLEY TRANSPORTATION STUDY – DECEMBER 2018 LOCATION CHANGE

 

The LEHIGH VALLEY TRANSPORTATION STUDY (LVTS) Joint Technical and Coordinating Committee meeting originally scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. and Freight Advisory Committee meeting originally scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. on December 5, 2018 at Penn State Lehigh Valley have been moved to 9:00 a.m. at the Catasauqua Municipal Building, 90 Bridge Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032.

 

The LVTS is committed to compliance with nondiscrimination requirements of civil rights statutes, executive orders, regulations and policies applicable to the programs and activities it administers. Accordingly, the LVTS is dedicated to ensuring that program beneficiaries receive public participation opportunities without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or economic status. The LVTS will provide auxiliary services for individuals with language, speech, sight or hearing impediments provided the request for assistance is made 14 days prior to the meeting.
